Directory Listing Rules and Linking Code

We are offering you an opportunity to list your website in our directory for Free but you need to follow a few simple rules:

1. For a free listing, you must first link back to us using one of the Linking Codes Provided Below. If you don't link back to us first, your site will not be considered for listing in the directory.

2. You can place the link back to us on your home page or on any page of your site so long as that page has a link to it from your home page and that page has a simple URL like www.yourdomain.com/somepage.htm  and not like www.yourdomain.com/something?ID=Somepage

3. If you do not want to link back to us, you can opt for a paid listing at only US $19.95 per year. Paid listing also guarantees that your listing will be in the Top 15 listings in its category. Choose the Paid option in your submission. You don't need to pay anything at the time of submission. We will evaluate your submission for free and if it qualifies for listing, we will get in touch with you to arrange payment. This listing fee is non-refundable.

4. We do NOT list adult (pornographic) sites, so don't waste your time and ours by submitting such sites.

5. The website you submit should have its own domain and not just an affiliate page. For example, it should have a URL like www.yourdomain.com and not like www.somedomain.com/?ID=YourID

6. Business opportunity sites making unrealistic claims will not be accepted

7. We are going to keep this directory small and useful to our visitors. Therefore, no more than 40 websites will be listed in any one category. And the listing is on first come first served basis.

8. We reserve the right to refuse to list any site for any reason or for no reason at all.

9. Sites will be evaluated on the basis of their usefulness, easy navigation and aesthetic design. If for any reason, we don't list your site, that is no reflection on the quality of your site. It's just our opinion of your site and we can be quite wrong. Everybody is entitled to be wrong sometimes. :)

10. We try to evaluate your submission on a priority basis but since a human actually goes to your site, it can take us between 7 - 10 business days to get back to you and advise you whether or not your site will be listed.

11. Make sure you provide a correct and functioning email address with your submission. When you submit your site, our system automatically sends you a confirmation email at the email address you provided. If that email bounces, our system automatically deletes your submission from the queue.

12. You can upgrade your free listing to paid listing any time and then you no longer need to link back to us.

13. We regularly check all our link backs, so if you remove our link back after getting a free listing we will remove your link from the directory and permanently ban you. However, you are free to remove the link back to us by notifying us first that you no longer wish to link back to us. Then we will remove your listing from our directory.

14. We provide this listing service on as is basis and we make no promises, express or implied, that by listing with us your site will get visitors or will enjoy a higher PR in the search engines.

15. As our Directory grows, we may create new categories and your listing may be moved to a new category if we feel that the theme or subject of your website is more appropriate for that category.

16. We reserve the right to change any or all of these rules any time if, in our sole discretion, we feel the need to change them.

You can choose to copy any one of the following codes to link to us. We strongly recommend you choose the link that best complements your site. Your visitors will appreciate that and will visit your site more often and search engines also seem to like that.
